How do people run fast?! I've tried, but didn't succeed. Is there a trainer for this? I'm not really a big fan of super running, but I just wanted to know how for like custom maps. Anyone help out?

MP trainers are just for noobs that want to feel like they are good. It just makes them look stupid though when they get banned from servers. I Only had to ban 1 person so far but i'm not in my server very often.
So if you want to run fast just eat right and exercise on a regular basis. If you want to fly just jump off a bridge if you plan on using the trainer in a MP match.
