The first picture of the environment makes me :(. It needs alot of work. You have smoothing problems and some non-planars.
the structures and textures all look nice, but the terrain doesn't. get somebody who can do the terrain well and will be good.

Anything organic should be non-planar. Go google planar and non-planar or something.
