I can help a bit in the lightmaps. If you plan on having those spot lights actually show up on the lightmaps without it being really pixelated you can try using self illuminating decals to create the illusion that is is smooth.

No way to get out, no. Bases are on both sides, three levels of tunnels between them and three levels of entrances to each base.
