I don't think rep circles happened nearly as often as you seem to think they did

shadowspartan and the rest of zteam -repped anybody who so much as disagreed with them and then, from what I've heard, only +repped each other like nothing else in a cute little circle jerk because they're a bunch of entitled fuckwads with serious ego issues, probably because they're off their meds, have emotional problems and have no faith whatsoever in the rest of humanity. aerowyn -repped anybody for the stupidest of reasons and somehow managed to get boosted to one of the top repped members, giving her a massive hit when she -repped, even though she didn't contribute shit to the halo community and had no obvious skills other than be a hella annoying "super fun gamer girl" who had her own "Ask a female gamer anything" segment in podacity.
