Glitch with MAK5:

Hold down fire after you start reloading, and by the time you're reloaded, your gun will fire at its max ROF.

Is this meant to be like this? Because it's honestly useful. ;p

Yep, it's normal. In multiplayer it can be a bit tricky...you have to take cover, reload, then hope the enemy isn't too far away and BAM.
