I'm back from my vacation to Florida!
I took your guys' advice and started over from scratch. I gathered more reference pics, and now I have the legs to my All Terrain Armored Transport mostly finished:

Do the legs look any better this time? I tried my best to scale everything as well as I can. Here's a comparison of the AT-AT and MC:


Yes, the rear of the legs do need work, the back isn't as pretty as the front, that's why they are MOSTLY finished. You won't see the back of the top circles on the legs, those are going to be covered up by the drive shaft.

Any comments?
