To be honest it kind of looks like he/she has downs. Don't worry though, because I couldn't come close to that with my (or lack of) drawing skills.

Lol he looks alien like, the distance his eyes are spread apart/placement of eyes and his mouth + chin.

I couldn't draw much better though, I suck at humanoid things.
