Hello, I need help with installing. Yes I do meet the req to play halo. Whenever install it it just stops under "start" and doesn't go on. If anyone can give me some suggestions it would be quite helpful.

How long did you wait for it to show up?
Are you absolutely sure you meet the minimum requirements for Halo 2? If you went on an online game advisor site and had it analyze your computer, it probably gave inaccurate results. Post your full specs, please. A very, very common problem I see is that people with Intel video cards think they can run the game because some online game advisor said they could, but they actually cannot.
Even if you do meet the requirements, the loading time can be painfully long especially if your CPU is slow or if you have less than 1.5 GB of RAM.
Finally, if you're running it on Windows XP, it is not guaranteed to function properly.
