Actually, if your laptop uses an MXM module, you can technically change the video card, but it's better defined as "replaceable" rather than "upgradeable."
If a laptop has an integrated chipset to start with, there's a 0.0% chance of an upgrade. You can only "upgrade" if the laptop didn't have an integrated card in the first place.
And yeah, this guy can be banned.
