    Exclamation Re: [Filter] Surreal Effect

Umm, for some reason its not letting me see the filter effects, the error message I get is "This application failed to work because d3dx9_26.dll was not found, Re-Installing the application may make it work" I'm pretty sure that the d3dx9_26.dll is there. I've checked, So I even re-downloaded it and still nothing, can you please tell me what isn't working.

Delete the one you've downloaded, and install the latest DirectX 9 from microsoft. That might work...

    Re: [Filter] Surreal Effect

Fake bloomy stuff is possible if one can write a blur shader. I checked out some sites on the subject and I couldn't get anything to work. It would involve using vertex shader too, not just pixel shader. All I managed to do was tint the screen the colour of the top left pixel :X

I would be working on this stuff, but Halo CE/PC exceptions when I start it with filters now. I have no clue why it started doing this.
