I think the turret moves to fast into position after the grunt gets on the turret. To me it seems that when the grunt gets on it is slow then after he gets in it turns with amazing speed. Either speed up the grunt or slow the turret.

Last time I checked, there was no correlation between how fast a turret can turn and the speed of a grunt. ;p
