Considering they are aiming for a Halo3 AR feel and out of sheer usefulness, yes. The AR would be next to useless with the shortened clip and that bad accuracy.

Can't have 3 grenades at a time in CE (usually). That's why when you use the BR grenade you can't use the other nades.

The BR Grenade is just a secondary trigger for the weapon.
