I like the the "playing loud music on the opposing side of the street" idea. That and the "signs directly antagonizing what theirs say" idea.

Make a whole bunch of banners and signs that will look similar to theirs but make yours say that god (God) hates decaf and god hates cats and god hates anything you can think of.
Get a lot of people to carry the signs and just mix in with the protesters and yell whatever is on your particular sign or banner.
It will be a fiasco.
If you do this make sure to do a God hates Nike sign.

Doesn't this kind of thing count as criminal harassment? If you tell them to GTFO the first time, and they persist in their actions, then the cops can be called in to force them to go away.
At my school, any uninvited guests without visitor passes are immediately told to leave (unless it's a parent emergency kind of thing), and if they refuse the principal has every right to call 911 (and it has happened, some gangsta-looking guy refused to leave once and the police had to drag him out). Another time some religious group handing out free Bibles tried to enter the school and they were immediately ordered to leave, they complied of course but if they'd resisted the police would've come to shove them out. Sure there's nothing wrong with handing out free Bibles but that group came in unauthorized, they didn't get approval from the school beforehand, hence they were obliged to GTFO.
I've seen a lot of suggestions for counter-protests, but to me this just looks like something the police are obliged to handle. Start off by saying "get away from this school or we call the cops," if they don't get the message then dial 911 right in front of them and sit back and enjoy the show. If they have any ounce of sense though, they may back off before the cops come. If they appear menacing in any way, call the cops without warning.
And if they choose not to actually go onto the school grounds but rather block up the road in front of the school, that's also grounds for police action as they're unlawfully obstructing traffic.
Man, someone needs to h4x that website and crash it totally, wipe out everything. Whoever trashes up their website gets cookies from me.
/in before all the flames about "wimpy suggestion."

Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down.
I actually agree with Buckshot. You could get in considerable trouble in multiple ways if you're not careful, especially if you use vulgar language or themes not acceptable in public, such as mooning or indecent exposure.
