Anyway, who cares about if it breaks canon? You have 16 SPARTAN-II's fighting each other in random places across the galaxy. How does that make any sense? Hell, missing some fog makes more sense.

Suns go Supernova all the time, the galaxy is filled with giant rocks going at high speeds, there are several species all with high tech...technology all trying to blow each other up, the list can go on and on about how another installation could be destroyed.

Either way it is just a sky in a Halo CE multiplayer map.
