It's a matter of credit, man.
Modding 101: If you use anything, and I mean anything that's not a stock tag or made from scratch, you credit the person who made it so they don't get all worried that you're passing off their content as yours, like I did.
As for the sword itself, make a video first (.gifs suck) and find a better lightning sprite. It's not consistent with the H2 electricity, and quite frankly, doesn't look good for the purpose you're intending. I'd recommend something with a bit of a harder, thinner edge.

Ahh what I meant was: legally he can. However, users here however may not tolerate that sort of behavior.
I have to agree however it does seem to be a bit overwhelming, it seems like the sword is steaming. But the concept is nice.
