Slayer Pro?
I find its alot harder to be consistent in Reach, I may have a winning streak, then suddenly lose one out of the blue, or login the next day and be rubbish (doesnt happen much). I think theres just alot of variables in Reach that we never had in H3, armour abilities play a massive role in that.
Early game when you're limited mostly to light weapons, fighting Elites is all about combo mastery. You have to take them out quickly before too many build up in an area. Also, they tend to focus obsessively on the last area they saw you, so changing your firing position frequently helps you stay alive enough to finish one off. Even if it's just the other side of a crate, any movement helps.
Pretty much this. I'm not playing Reach right now, but I'd still hold onto it and see if it becomes better in the future. Remember, we still have the inevitable Blackops douche migration and new maps to look forward to.
Asylum is a map that should never have existed. I've hardly played anything more terrible.
You mean the no radar, no weapons but DMR and plasma pistol MLG shit? No thanks, I've always hated the Pro/MLG style games. I mean, why take out the majority of the weapons out of the game? No, I'm talking about good old Slayer where everybody starts exactly equal with their handy AR and pistol with no AAs (or maybe sprint). To me, Halo has always been about everybody starting out on an exactly equal foot at the beginning of the game, which is something that Reach destroyed.
I suggest you quit your raging because its clearly clouding your memory. Slayer Pro is AR and Pistol with sprint, no motion tracker. Which is exactly what you want.
There is also Slayer DMR Pro, but thats not what I said.
I'm a colonel, you unlock gingnir and mark 6 at brigadier. No weekly update today? Its 23:38GMT, I thought they got released earlier in the day.
Wow, just found some dude that has 12 DAYS on firefight..wtf!? Jcap played alot, but he only has 2 days.
