Tbh its supposed to be a realistic shooter, you can not quick scope ever in real life other then pull the trigger from the hip when surprised.

It's stupid takes 2-3 seconds for the bullet to actually to go straight. That's too long. I mostly play snipers because that's all I like and they fucked that up I guess I'm not getting it I'll just stick to mw2.



Edit: wanna make it real life? why don't you only get one life for the game? And if you die you can't play it anymore and they should take out the perks that's real life.

Whatever the argument is, is irrelevant. All the changes we've seen so far regarding balance were made because those issues at hand were what made MW2 BAD.

I'm sorry if I don't enjoy being quick scoped all the way across the map on Wasteland by some faggot with an M14 EBR (it's not an M21 fuck you IW) because he has no sense of respect for gameplay. Sniping is you looking down your scope, getting a bead, and taking down your target; not spamming your gun while twitching the Aim Down Sights button. Fuck that.

I can go into a whole detail list of snipers very easily and you can not quick scope and think it's accurate in real life.

sniper rifles in call of duty have been broken for 3 games in a row now. between quickscoping and that no-scope bullshit, "talented" players will only use sniper rifles regardless of the map. THAT FACT IN ITSELF should have sent a huge fucking red flag up before they even thought about making WaW, let going through WaW and mw2. sleight of hand pro with the faster aim down sight is bullshit with sniper rifles because they are LONG RANGE weapons and SHOULD NOT defeat somebody with an assault rifle or smg at close range. the 3-4 second sight thing is kind of long, and definitely is not the best solution, but at least theyre taking a step in the right direction. this shows that at least they are acknowledging that this has been a problem

now lets see what they did to mitigate no-scoping, if anything. the quickscoping is bullshit, but noscoping is a straight up glitch in the engine that has not been fixed for 3 games straight. i think its called a g-shot. you side step, wait for the crosshairs to shrink back down, and then fire at a certain time, and the bullet will go dead center in the screen. iv never done it, i just saw a youtube video explaining it. i just cant belive that they basically mod the game and re-release it once a year, get thousands of videos on youtube showing trickshots and glitches, and yet still fail to fix any of the problems. im not even talking about balance issues right now.

i know i went on a rant there, but i kind of think its necessary we all understand the issue here.
