    Another project I did in my class, it was to crop out images. I was just wanting some comments or crits on the pieces, as well as my previous silhoutte one. thanks

    Start with a triangle angled properly, add a fourth side to indicate the toe area, then add detail. Least ways, that's what I do.

    Triangle? Could you elaborate? I'm not sure what you mean, and I can't see what basic shapes you used to construct the feet in your drawing, since you just drew it using lines without constructing from geometric shapes, which is what I need to be doing right now.

    Was late. This might be better. If I had more time I'd do it by hand and scan it in.



    You can also start with ellipses for each body segment, then fill in triangles, then work in detail. It's almost like 3D modelling, in that you start basic and whittle it into shape.
