What old eps are you referencing about the time-lord origins? I have access to the complete series and I'd like to check them out :o

The War games had some details, Trial of a Timelord, Omega, Remembrance of the Daleks.
Those just to name a few.
There's some details that are in the older novels, I've got one which was based on the 5th doctor which mentioned about a triumvirate of galifreyans who worked on the first time travel experiments.

There are many old episodes that no longer exist in video form after there was a fire at the BBC archives.
That's why some books are considered canon and some not.

Remembrance of the Daleks was one of the best Dalek episodes second only to Genesis of the Daleks and Destiny of the Daleks.
What more could you want in a Dalek episode when it has two factions of Daleks with Special Weapons Daleks getting involved and the Hand of Omega.
