My ping to the Modacity servers is about ~70% higher than my ping to GameServers's servers located in the same area (NJ?). Also:

My ping is similar, not sure why your ISP is sucking so bad.

The Verizon hops are the ones increasing the latency the most.

King, post a tracert (or whatever you want to call that) to a GameServers server in NJ. To me, it looks like your ISP is actually to blame for their routing. While it's not horrible routing, they actually spend hops 3 through 9 routing you to Verizon's fiber backbone in Dallas, TX. Once on the backbone, it makes no stops until it reaches NJ. The increase in ping isn't abnormal for that, since it's covering the largest distance out of all the hops (20ms is perfect for ping).

Just reinstalled windows yesterday, got all my files back up, then it locked itself up claiming it wasn't legit, I might join in on my tablet, idk.
