Speaking of hate, Episode 9 is going to bring out a lot of hate for Palmer again. But, look at it this way, we know the writers are still portraying Halsey as the inherent good figure in all figure in all of this, even if she doesn't align with ONI (which she never really did to begin with). At the same time, THIS GONE GET GOOD.

Does anyone else get some very bad vibes from those keys? I feel like it's a trap setup by the Didact using the guise of the Librarian, kind of like how 343GS didn't tell Chief that the Index would ignite Installation 04, only this time they think Didact is dead, so they are a lot less suspecting. Also, Jul 'Mdama is a total baus.

Still trying to figure how how a whiny bitch that can't help but lose her temper in front of every one is the second highest rank on board that ship. With stuff like that, plot is superficial. The storytellers aren't looking to tell us a story. The only thing they can do is say that A happens, so B happens, and C gets really mad about not being able to D at E.

Unless they're using this as research for pipeline on a feature film, I don't understand why they're doing this.

As far Palmer being an emotional 2nd-in-command, I think it's simply the point that she's not a raised Spartan, just an elite marine who's no different than Silva or Ackerson. Emotional assholes who can't their heads out of their asses.
