    You should debreif them with simple methods, and common terms of sense for internet usage. It's up to them to take it from there...

    If you have 3 sisters who do it, your computer's fucked already. Just turn it off and get rid of a nuisance. The benefits definitely outweigh the risks.

    Bought my own PC... when I turned UAC off it made Vista somewhat bearable

    The whole FileSharing thing stucks in Vista though compared to XP... bah.
