I grew up in Arkansas up until I was five, but I don't remember much. A vacation once took me through the state though, and most of what caught my attention was strict laws against littering if I recall correctly.
EDIT: My parents moved there when I was barely a year old. I wasn't born in the state. Probably should've clarified that.
