Eh? I play equally on computers no matter the speed. It helps that it doesn't lag when I go up to elites with the shielding active but it's all the same gameplay for me.

And if you found SPv1 hard I'm kinda questioning your halo skills.

It should be more than enough to run Halo 3 on maximum settings. The problem is all of the developers/porters don't know what they are doing, which forces us, the consumer, to upgrade.

Dude I was playing The Library on Legendary and I the only weapons that I used were the Pistal, Assualt rifle and Shotgun not your cheap BRG, chaingun or sentinal laser. The only time that I actually died was when I shot a carrier form the explosion caused like 30 grenades on the ground to explode in a chain reaction which sent me and all the other flood flying. (so in other words I died because of blaten stupidity)

Also you can increase the game speed in Devmode to make the game more challenging like I do. The speeds go from 0-20X normal speed. I recommend this if you want more fast paised battles; Its also good for thoughs of you that have lag on Spv1 because it looks like it shortens lag time.

One 8800 can run any 360 game more than maxed out (well after they get all the bugs put aside with patches and forceware drivers) let alone 2 in SLI. The 360's videocard only has 512 MB GDDR3 RAM while two 8800's in SLI offers 1536 MB GDDR3 RAM (one 8800 has 768). Thats like 3 times more horse power than the 360 when it comes to the graphics card.

Now the part of any retail computer (without having one custom made) that can't compete with the 360 is the processor. The 360 has a whopping "3 symmetrical cores running at 3.2 GHz". As you all should know, normal retail computers only have up to 2 cores with the intel core 2 duo's and what not. I know nothing about AMD though, so don't bust my chops if they all of a sudden came up with 3 cores. Now notice I kept saying normal retail computers. I have no idea what money is capable of producing. I have the 360 manual right here next to me, so if anyone wants to argue hardware power, keep that in mind. (It was in the same room, and I have way too much time on my hands)

As for me, I only have one 7600GT OC, and I am greatful that I get only decent frames when playing oblivion on medium-high. PC will always surpass the consoles.... if you have enough money to throw at...

Intel has Quad Core CPUs running at 2.6GHz each, and they are easily over-clocked to 3.0GHz. Therefore, the XBOX360's CPU setup has been surpassed.

Sorry, but the world has a right to know the truth. The only advantage consoles have over PCs is that they are more efficient at playing games than a PC of equal or better specifications, because of the operating system in both cases.

Updated with some info about our new sniper for SP2. Whether or not it will totally replace the old one, or only partially like the silenced SMG versus the normal is undecided. For those who are wondering, I wrote in the ejection port part because of huge frusteration over the fact that I see no physical way for the Halo 3 rifle's port to eject a casing the size of the sniper's. (Any gun gurus who wish to disprove this are more than welcome to, I'd love an explanation D: )

It's something of a mix between the h1, h2, h3, and CMT snipers all in one. Different aspects of each are incorporated.
