Disappearing instanced geometry

Asylum has 100+

Try selecting ALL of your objects, going to the hierarchy tab, click "Affect Pivot Only" and hit "Center to Object".

I doubt this will effect it, but it's worth a shot.

I did this and it did not work. I had to get rid of some of the instanced geometry for it to work properly.
