It looks nothing like a bomber though. If anything, it looks like it would be stationary scenery; a generator, I guess?

I tried to make the custom biped for Scythopolis:
(WoL's taking care of it now, so don't worry about Mr. Boxlegs McSandalshoes)

I threw together a crappy outdoors bsp for Scythopolis (will probably outsource this bsp later):
