The layout however is good. I always liked the idea of an uber large city map and this does a good job at transferring it. Do some skinning tutorials and try and make the buildings less...plain. Try using cityscape as a guideline. The roads could use more detail and material in the way. It just feels to wide and open, unless you start putting some air transport in it's just too big for a warthog or ghost. This has potential for vehicles like in extinction and what not if you maybe doubled it in size. It would also work for smaller vehicles, except it would need to be twice as small. Also, don't ever ever ever ever use custom weapon tags unless their CMT's, they're the only people I have seen to take a Halo weapon, re model and design it, put it back into the game, and have it still look like a halo weapon. That goes for vehicles too.
