i think the upper body could use some more detail, but MEH
The only thing I see that could be improved about that texture would be the uv placement and scale to get better average pixel density. Thats a minor thing though, it still looks pretty damn good and if you already finished the texture theres no point in redoing the uv's.
So I need really good, honest crit on this.
I modeled, UVed, and did the bump myself. =p
Modeled in Maya, UVed in max just because I understand how to better.
So, I suck at bump mapping, but what do you think? Only a small section has been made so far, and I notice how the uvs on the side are stretching, and I aim to fix that before the biped is finished.
[edit] Also, the lighting made part of the front of the boot look awkward, and appear as though it has non planars. There aren't any.

Something I cooked up in a few hours. Always wanted to make one, and I haven't seen a decent one around before. Could use some work, but I'm happy with how short of a time it took for its result. I couldn't be assed to find a nice big picture of the machete, so I made a quick 2 minute referance to make the modelling easier. 496 triangles, 1 1024^
