I'm wondering if they even have the desire to do anything more than that. I don't know... you know him better than me, but I've yet to see anything disproving what I think of the team and their (what little is theirs) work.

I've told him over and over, he won't get anywhere unless he learns to overcome obstacles instead of running away and tackling a new one. It's his biggest problem.
