No, it's obviously just a big round blast through the side. Maybe tweek could have a destroyed vehicle or tubular thing there as scenery, make it look more authentic.

Oh, I see it now. It sort of looked like there used to be a pipe there, but it's just the way the wall's been bent inwards.

From what Im seeing the bent thing pieces of metal was a pipe.

i know i needed some kind of entrance into that room, so there's your entrance. that's all i know.

you can make it the husk of some destroyed tunneling machine or or a crashed airplane boring it's way trough the wall or whatever, i don't rly care.
i made the tunnel thing in a few minutes, and it looked pretty good, so i kept it.
