why not just set the official match time to 3pm EST sunday Dec 9th.
your set list is fine, why not give a time where there will be more of a game.

Do you think everybody on my team who I want to play in the match is going to show up on Saturday? No, not even close. We're going to try to play anyway, though. Rams scheduled it for us because we didn't set it ourselves over the several months we had to do so. Trying to push it back again is stupid.
I already told everyone on my team that it's Saturday. There's a pretty good chance I won't even be home Sunday. The match is Saturday...just leave it at that. I'm not agreeing to anything regarding Sunday.

I'm not sure if we will have all 5 players either, so I see no reason to change it.
As King said, this is a last ditch effort to get these games done. This round has gone on long enough and plus I've put enough money towards the server for just one round (in fact today I put another 24 bucks in).
Yeah just go with the times given. This should have been scheduled a long time ago.
So if there is no agreement, 5PM EST Saturday, pull out anything that you have.
The server is all set for PRP vs. BB.
