Actually no, he gave it a custom post filter effect using DXTweaker. It's actually really cool, you should download it (if you don't have it) and try it yourself. The results can vary from to :awesome: though.

I've gotten the hang of the pixel shader coding or whatever, and I was able to write up this:



Looks a bit cooler when you can see the whole map. It's a different look; very bright and airy.
