Well guys, the league has had some flaws in 2007 but I do like the way it has improved. However, as there were a bunch of no shows, I'm in favor of starting a league that includes a regular season and a playoff tournment with the teams with the best records. I'm still making up a rule book, hopefully patching up a few holes that caused a few headaches for some during this league.
A schedule I was thinking of doing is having a match for each team (assuming there are even numbered teams) every other week. If a team doesn't show after 15 minutes of the scheduled time, they automatically get a loss. If both teams don't show, they both get a loss. Something I was considering.
One thing I would like to do is have a 5 dollar fee for each player. That way there would be less chances of a player to act like a moron (plus it would give way to there being actual prizes). What are your opinions about that?
Tell me what you guys think. If you all are up for it, I wouldn't mind hosting another league.

however there would still have to be some way of confirming everyone payed, as well as making sure the person playing is actually the person that payed.

Sounds like a good idea. I'm not sure about the fee though. It will make members withdraw from joining. How about 10 bucks/clan.
