He's using a laptop guys, he told us before. Maybe it uses the AZERTY layout which my sister had to use in France (made a lot of typos when chatting...)

My laptop has the ~ key between the left Alt and the space bar.

But to get back on topic, this guy bound the console to the @ key...why would anyone do that. I've seen games that don't use the ~ key for the console, but even then, it would be TAB or one of the F# keys.

Console *should* be bound by default to the tilde (~) key.

Just like every other Unreal Tournament

And Half Life 2

And I've used the console several times... you press ` and it'll come up. (I find it easier than attempting to exit any other way. Just open console and "exit" -- done)

well unfortunatly for me all of them are bound to the @ key
(which is not my fault i didnt bind it and im using a UK keyboard so their pre-bound)

I'm UK and the '/@ key is 2 across (right) from the 'L' key.
US keyboards have it as: '/" on that key.
The console key in games is 1 left from the '1' key.
It's the, `/~ key for US and `/&#172; key for the UK.
