all i suggested was the use of some actual geometry instead of boxes with extruded shit on them, because that's what it looks like to me.
the fact everyone goes apeshit over the fact he's got ALOT of them doesn't bother me one bit. i'm just mentioning my own opinion.

That's really all I have to work from in terms of the thing's design though, and I'm not much for pulling stuff out of my ass aside from said pointless 'details'. At the very least, thanks for saying something critical of the model instead of "it looks nice."

E : Anyhow, here's an update on the Hellbringer, simple details aside.





E2 : I also realize the upper body is cutting over the smooth lower part at the back, that's been fixed since the render.

I'm hoping a certain somebody will be needing me to model some terrain/building geometry soon, so I thought I'd do a little practice until then. I know it's a lot of pictures for just some stairs, but I wanted to make sure I showed all the detail in there. There's a few spots I could clean up but this was really just to play around with damage, since I've never tried it before.
