They look like they're running away screaming more than getting sniped. Like they're flailing their arms in the air shouting "O-NO!"
Yeah, for some reason the game doesn't render the goddamn contrails when the camera angle is looking down it.
Factor in lag, too, and they lived for about 5 frames after the shot landed.
Run away!

Lemme ask a question...why the hell does the Arbiter's eye have forerunner designs in it? Thats what it said on the picture description but he may be full of shit...idk.
