Woot. We figured out the problems we were having with biped animations and such, it now works on every animation . Only thing left to fix is interpolation issues, import scale and frame info, and script an automated exporting process. *Waits for leet to get home from school*

ironclad, i agree with you-honor gaurds would be better served guarding councillor elites in either cartographer or assault on the control room. as for drones and brutes, they were always in the storyline it's just that holes were left with the creation of the books and the games.

if you haven't read contact harvest don't read this post. in contact harvest (which actually happens before halo 1) brutes were the first in the covenant to make contact with the humans. they were not halo 2's brutes either (except for tartarus, but he's even dressed in halo 3 brute armor). whose not to say that brutes and drones didn't exist in the covenant. as for why they never appeared in any of the campaigns before halo 2, i have no clue...

drones and brutes were added to the covenant after the destruction of the first ring, but that small detail doesn't REALLY matter to the story.

The name of the animation is "combat:dual:idle" halo 1 doesn't have dual weilding, so trust me, its halo 2. Besides, the halo 1 elites don't have a finger rig, and their fingers in halo 1 are...pointy.
