It refers to what happened in the series.
Basically the radicals "dropped" a 10 kilometer long 5 kilometers in diamater space colony on the earth. The picture is making fun of that with the xbox. Zeon, the bad guys on the bed, basically just fucked over a gundam, the good guy, and the other gundam is like "DAMN YOU, ZEON."
Its an anime thing.
