Well it seems that there is yet another attempt to get another league going. With how the last league turned out, I'm surprised that this is actually going on yet again... Then again, does anyone actually think the league is going to work? Even with all the efforts that were given last year, the league turned out to be a failure (the free agent policy was my fault and I do take the blame in not being strict about it). So why attempt to try again? It's only going to turn into the same mess that it was last time. The amount of quitting only proves that no one is dedicated to the league. Plus the registration thread has only one or two teams? That is already the signs of no one wanting to do another league after the last one. Plus you have to remember that the community is on the decline as much as some of you hate to admit it. Which means the amount of clans is even small and I doubt that a lot of the retired regulars would want to return and play a league that has not done so well.

While give credit to Boss and the others for trying to give it another go, but I feel it's time to just let the league die. The amount of effort put into the league has proved to be fruitless and it will only turn out to be a repeat of what happened last time. It's not worth the time and effort (or the money). While the league has had it's fun times, the fun times however were overshadowed by the down times.

If you guys do decide to go ahead with the league anyway, I wish you guys the best of luck. I know that you feel that giving this one last go might be fun but I'm personally against the whole idea. I do believe you should have not set the deadline on May. As you have to remember that people are still in school taking finals, coming home, get out in June, ect. I would set the deadline around June as it wouldn't be as much of a pain to get on (unless of course you have a vacation planned).

As long as all clans play and sam isn't in, the league should run smoothly. But considering how many clans are even on CE anymore, it might be hard to get 16 to join the league. There are some less than stellar clans out there, but either way, it's all about getting the message out there to everyone that there is a league going on, and they are willing to participate if they so choose.

Give it some time, even though its close to deadline, teams are still completing there rosters (use me as an example)
