Every time i try to start Hammer on Vista the damn thing keeps saying "Hammer.exe has stopped working" tried looking on google for a solution but to no avail , was wondering if anyone else encountered this problem?

Try reinstalling Source SDK and make sure it's configured right. I never had this problem with my vista.
