    [MAP] Holdout

Here's a map I've been working on for a while, and I finally consider it finished. I set out to make an infection map with the most detail possible, and a considerable amount of testing and thought went into the project.

Holdout is an infection map on High Ground that forces the defenders to take a weapon and find a place to survive. None of the weapons respawn, and you'll find a lot of the power weapons are hidden or in "dangerous" areas. Teamplay will help the humans survive longer, but there can only be one winner. I've built hiding places around the map for players to make a stand on their own. Entrances to the base are blocked off, but the foremost one in the bunker can be blown open when a zombie sacrifices himself. Onces the blockades are clear, they wont respawn.

Zombies are fast and shieldless, and the alpha zombie is immune to headshots--look for him in black while the other zombies are green. Humans spawn with assault rifles, but you could also try magnums.

    ohhh hot :fap:

pallet zombie is watching you masturbate^

Overall it plays pretty balanced for zombies and humans. The map rewards more adventurous plays with power weapons, so you might want to look around the map before playing. You'll most definitely find something useful.

Something like a Rocket Launcher? A Rocket Launcher, with which you can get a Bulltrue - and LIVE? Testing was quite hilarious, if you didn't deduce that yet. I still have some suggestions for improving the gametype slightly, here and there, but otherwise, as I said in-game, great job.

It's an object manipulator. Boxes, barriers, little scenery pieces, weapons, equipment, teleporters, objectives, vehicles... you can add, delete, and move all of them, changing how a map plays pretty significantly. It's lightweight and easy to share Forge creations, and when combined with Halo 3's custom games, it makes for a pretty good system.
