    edit:

Ok, there has been some issue regarding a few rosters. Mainly imnot... According to a few players that were on other rosters and had been moved to imnot did not know, or did not want to be on that team. I've moved Vish and Water back to [CIA] where they were meant to be, and also for a few reasons that made me allow them move.

Addict's team is currently being overlooked as we are not sure who is actually on the roster. Once addict is on next I'll be giving him a day to fix the roster. People that have already played on a team against another in a HCEL match cannot move to another team.

There may be a few more moves going around, so if you would like to move something around, as long as they have not played yet (or that person) I MIGHT make an exception.

I'm allowing this becuase I'd like people to be happy with the team they are on and give everybody a fair chance to play in this league.

I've also been dealing with people wanting to be in this league but are not really considered apart of this community or play CE reguraly enough to be known as a CE playere whether they are on the forums or not. I've said no to two teams as they are full of PC pros that don't really understand the history of the league, I belive this is resonable as it was always meant to be a CE league only. Now we do have a few PC people in the league but that does not match up to a whole team of PC people wanting to come in and wipe out every single team, fun? No.

So yeah, roster changes, people moving, and MAYBE (slightest chance ever) I'll consider bringing in more people that are not in the lists, as long as they are CE people. Anyone that may have missed out, spesh if they are a member here, now is the time to put your hand up.

So when I next say the teams are locked, they will be locked and no excuses. Organize now.

"pros" or not mr ducky. the best on ce, HCEL cia fbi hiv etc etc, can and should play any group from PC , even if they were somehow to lose.

It's just not smart to exclude good players. CE needs all the players it can get. This community needs inclusioon not exclusion. Not everyone is inherently useless or inexperienced like the 90% of halo ce we re used to = )

if they have a legit roster of mainly ce people, with one or two people from pc... let them play. gashiz and psycho or whoever? heard of them from pc, but never seen them on ce in the past 3 years i've been playing.

also... fuck sam, i believe he should be given no vote in this matter since he's still trying to turn us all to communism =(

if you let them play, whats the point even? theyre going to wreck everybody since they've been playing competitively for over 4 years (guessing). why not just have them all put on the =EP_ tags like last year, cuz thats all thats going to happen this year.

That's why I'm not taking this lightly. The team Voodoo wants to register will not be allowed. I'm currently talking to Addict about a team, but the people he wants (gashizzle, psycho, wouiebear)... who the fuck are they? Shazam I'm not fussed about, but the rest I'm not sure of.

I say start HCEL over, get people time to get organized. Even though they had two months, it still is fail. People need to be logged on and a date should be given for each teams to play.

Also, bring those unknown guys the the forums so they can introduce themselves as we pursue them to stay on ce even after the HCEL.
