I think the red dot you have looks sexy enough.
Guys, I really don't think Masterz cares about the accuracy of his scope vs. real life scopes. You seem to be forgetting that Halo takes place over 500 years in the future. I don't think they'll have the exact same scopes they do now, so, not to be insulting to anyone here, taking scopes from a gun of today is kinda stupid, IMO.
I like the red dot one. But this isn't really my decision. I posted this because the team as a whole each had vastly different opinions on what we should do.
A red dot on your enemy is totally gonna give you away...
guess its a good thing halo doesnt support a flag saying "panic when lasered". however, if youre using a projectile for the "laser" i'm sure you can work some kind of AI magic to where after its been on the AI for so long, it will cause the AI to notice it (maybe some form of non-harmful super-detenation?)

i think red dots just dont fit into halo.
Strange...because its IN halo.
How about a Iron Sight but with some sort of holgram red dot floating above it? Sounds Halo to me
