I don't remember seeing flood Brutes in Halo 2, nor did I see bodies of "floodified" brutes. Do brutes even have flood forms in Halo 3? Hell, they got all those nasty pure forms that you don't need brute forms.

The flood brutes were, ironically, the weakest ones. They fell apart like cheese when meleed.
