But they couldn't give it back because all sales were final.

What I don't understand.... is.... she ordered the food... and when they took the order they didn't know they were out of McNuggets?

It's not too outlandish to want a refund on your purchase if they lied about what they're giving you.

Sure, 911 isn't the right place to call, but the people there are being douches.

Also... next time you go to McDonalds look on your bag they give you. There's a phone number on the bag for "Questions, Comments, and Concerns." I called because they messed up my order once and they sent me coupons for free stuff. I'd imagine they'll send you the coupons even if you said that everything was dandy lol.
