Uh, the trial does expire, just not in the same fashion as WinZip. You're supposed to uninstall it after the 40-day period is up. You could get into legal trouble if you're using an expired copy of it. (Realistically, it's not like Rarlabs actually hunts down people with expired copies, but still.)
