looks like you need to have a legit h2v, i didnt see anything about paying to use the program.

For all of this I would just ask $10 USD to donate, It will include Sample's for the SDK and Custom Features made into your Whisper like Clan-Only Players, and True VIP List (no-one can namehack to get in your server).

There's a free version sure, but you have to pay for extra features and the source code. At least that's what I gathered from it.
