With the non-ascii check removed, you don't need to hex the dedi to change the name to something with non-ascii letters. That means that you can just put the 01 in hex numbers right in the server name in your init.

I know, but every time I try that the server ends up showing up as "Halo" in the server list.

I just checked, the exe your using still has the non-ascii letters not allowed.

Just noticed this myself, BrandiniMP save us! Something broke, and if you try to do anything that uses the player index (like "/p0" disregard this, "/p0" works fine!) it won't work.

Loading it with sapp, I'm able to use \pl to find people's indexes.

Also, could anyone help me set it up? For some reason 3/4 of the times, when I join my home dedi as an admin the server crashes. Sometimes it doesn't crash, witch makes me so confused.

okay, someone add my xfire/aim/msn and send me the ORIGINAL devicator (1.07) (and the source would be nice), then ill convert it to 1.08 with the new loop patch and whatever other people want >.>
