Rec0's app is like this, it doesn't work because it's HORRIBLY unstable on home servers. Gameservers.com servers on the other hand seem to work quite a bit better, since that's where the app was designed to primarily work iirc. By the way, the "/p0" command works fine so disregard my last comment about it being effected by sv_players not working. Also, sv_players was broken by BrandiniMP, I take no responsiblity for this!!!
