One thing I should have mentioned in the Rule Book was regarding new maps. If you made/know a map that you feel is "League Qualified". Then let us know, we'll take a look and make a decision on it.

Once July 5th passes, the league will technically start. What will happen is there will be a thread (each match up will have their own thread if we happen to get another section like before) with all the different match ups. The teams scheduled to compete will then negotiate a date and time. Teams are allowed to agree on a set of maps in which the HCEL administration will either grant or deny. If not, we just pick out the maps for you. We're pretty cool about it so unless there's something really wrong with what you guys decided on (Coldsnap for example ), we typically grant what maps you guys want to play.

And before I forget, there is a deadline for each round. Right now the deadline for the first round has not been set. We want to ensure that each round gets finished without any controversy so we'll get together to discuss this. If a match up passes a deadline, we set a date for you. This is so the league doesn't get held up with a few match ups that can't seem to get going.
